Grill Time! With author Noah Galuten

Saturday July 11th 7:00pm - Pal’s - Hayden Island

Join us on the lawn at Pal’s for a summer evening of live-fire cooking with Noah Galuten, chef and James Beard Award–winning cookbook author. We’ll be grilling up dishes from Noah’s new book, Grill Time! The late evening of high summer, relaxed, family-friendly walk around party with grilled food, drinks, and plenty of time to hang out by the water and meet the author.

Expect a cocktail-style evening with multiple live-fire stations from Thaan Charcoal inspired by the book, including a mix of seafood, like grilled clams from Hama Hama, vegetables, sausages from our friends at Olympia Provisions, and other summer-ready dishes cooked over the fire. It’s less a formal dinner than a really good outdoor party: come hungry, grab a drink, meet Noah and the family, and settle into a July night on the water.

Tickets include 2 drink tickets, access to the grilling lawn, and all the ice cold Spindrift sparkling water you can handle! We’ll have tickets for you to bring kids, as well as the option to purchase the book, thanks to Broadway Books, and have Noah personalize it for you!

We’re thrilled to welcome our friend Greg Mitchell of Palace Diner in Biddeford, Maine to Pal’s for a special two-day Mother’s Day weekend brunch collaboration. Greg and the Palace crew have built one of the most beloved and unmistakable diner brands around, and their exceptional spirit, deep hospitality, and seriously good food feel right at home with us. Since he’s making the trip all the way from Maine, we wanted to make a weekend of it.

From 9:00 am to 2:00 pm each day, we’ll be serving a special brunch featuring recipes and menu items inspired by Palace Diner’s legendary menu and the way we think Mother’s Day deserves.
