Celebrate Thanksgiving at Pal’s on Hayden Island, a cozy, waterfront spot overlooking the Columbia River. Join us for a relaxed, family-style feast without the work (or the cleanup). Our $60-per-person dinner includes all the classics, served with Pal’s signature warmth and a curated wine list by the glass and bottle.
With just 40 seats available for our single 4:00 pm seating, it’s an intimate way to enjoy the holiday; great food, river views, and no dishes to wash.
Thanksgiving Take-Away

Bring the Pal’s Thanksgiving feast home this year — all the comfort, none of the stress. Our kitchen prepares the full spread: roast turkey, gravy, stuffing, potatoes, and all the classics, finished with your choice of pumpkin or apple pie and malted whip cream.
Each order serves two guests ($80), ready for pickup by 10:00 am on Thanksgiving Day. Just set the table, pour the wine, and enjoy the holiday — Pal’s-style.
Carbonara Brunch With Joshua McFadden & LaMarzocco
Saturday December 6th - 9 am - 4 pm
Brunch is officially docking at Pal’s — and we’re kicking it off with something special. Join us on December 6 for the debut of our new brunch menu on Hayden Island. Chef and cookbook author Joshua McFadden (Six Seasons, Ava Gene’s, The Woodsman Tavern) will make a special one-day appearance.
As part of LaMarzocco’s Espresso & Carbonara tour, Joshua will be in the kitchen cooking his iconic carbonara. This will be offered alongside our new brunch dishes, plus a featured espresso pairing from Coava Coffee, served on our LaMarzocco Linea.

A perfect Sunday on the river with great food, espresso, and a chance to celebrate the release of Joshua’s new book, Six Seasons of Pasta.

Feast of the Seven Fishes

The Feast of the Seven Fishes is a holiday tradition built around abundance, celebration, and great seafood, which makes it a natural fit for Pal’s. This year, we’re hosting our own take on the feast as an elevated Christmas Eve brunch on the Columbia River.
Our team is preparing a seafood-forward, brunch-only prix fixe that captures the spirit of the classic Italian-American celebration: dishes meant to be shared, flavors that feel bright and wintry, and a pace that encourages lingering. It’s festive without being formal, generous without being heavy, an ideal way to gather family and friends before the evening’s holiday plans.
Seafood is what we love cooking most, and Christmas Eve is a perfect moment to turn that into a feast.
