Join us for an afternoon on the waterfront deck at Pal’s with Jim Fischer of Fossil & Fawn, the Willamette Valley wine project he created with Jenny Mosbacher. What began in 2011 with 50 cases of experimental Pinot Noir has grown into a collection of vineyard-forward wines sourced from across the valley, though the original approach remains intact: respect the place, stay open to experimentation, and leave room for some fun.
For this event, Jim will be on hand pouring and spending time with guests throughout the afternoon. You’ll be seated on Pal’s covered patio overlooking the sailboats at Tomahawk Bay Marina, enjoying a light four-course midday meal from Chef Conrad Gonzalez designed around the wines without weighing the afternoon down.
Afterward, settle in by the fire pits with an Adirondack chair, good music, and another glass while the final stretch of summer takes its time.
