Join us for an afternoon on the waterfront deck at Pal’s with Wynne Peterson-Nedry of Ridgecrest Wines, the estate winery she runs with her father, Oregon winegrower Harry Peterson-Nedry.

Ridgecrest began in 1980, when Harry purchased and planted the property that would become Ridgecrest Vineyard. Wynne grew up there, later studying oenology at UC Davis and making wine in Burgundy and New Zealand before returning to Oregon. Today, they work from the same hillside with two generations of experience and a shared focus on wines that begin with the vineyard.

Ridgecrest is especially known for its estate-grown white wines, making this a particularly good match for a late-summer afternoon by the water. For this event, Wynne will be on hand pouring and spending time with guests throughout the afternoon, giving everyone a chance to hear more about the vineyard, the wines, and what comes from working with the same piece of land over time.

You’ll be seated on Pal’s covered patio overlooking the sailboats at Tomahawk Bay Marina, enjoying a light four-course midday meal from Chef Conrad Gonzalez designed around the wines without turning the afternoon into a full dinner.

Afterward, find an Adirondack chair by the fire pits, order another glass, and give Tuesday the benefit of the doubt.
