Join us for an afternoon on the waterfront deck at Pal’s with Mendivia Wines, the small Oregon project from winemaker Colin Howard and business partner Holly Howard. Colin has been part of the Oregon wine world since moving to the Willamette Valley in 2005, with time at Carlton Winemakers’ Studio, Erath, J. Christopher, and Day Wines, and he currently makes Mendivia alongside his work at GC Wines in Amity.

What makes Mendivia feel especially right for Pal’s is Colin’s wider hospitality background. In addition to winemaking, he has worked as Head Distiller at House Spirits, helped open the wine bar Oso Market with Holly, and spent time as Education Manager at Multnomah Whiskey Library. That broader drinks-and-table perspective makes this a natural fit for a fish shack like Pal's: wines presented by someone who clearly thinks about how people eat, drink, and spend time together. Join us on the covered patio overlooking the sailboats at Tomahawk Bay Marina for a light four-course midday meal from Pal’s, with the winemakers on hand pouring and talking guests through the lineup throughout the afternoon.
